A Course in Miracles is very clear “The body is the means by which God’s son returns to sanity” The Course reminds us how “ You have displaced your guilt to your body from your mind”. As a serious student of the Course it is important to understand how our guilt is hidden from our awareness by repression into the unconscious mind/body. Our current body image shows our true character; “ The body is a symbol of what you think you are”. Yet when you do see them or think about them being there with you feel in your body tension, stress, pressure or unease. This feeling in the body IS the key when you understand how it reflects your unconscious mind and the things that have been buried there! All these type of physical manifestation of conflict weakens one’s core strength and power of intention.
